Refund policy *

Refund policy: full refund within 14 days of enrollment if less than 20% of the course is complete; no refund after 14 days or 20% completion.

Course access *

Course access: 12 months from enrollment; the final examination must be completed within that window; a 6-month extension is available for $49; an earned certificate is permanent.

Honor code *

Honor code: all work I submit is my own; plagiarism or academic dishonesty may result in failure.

Ecclesiastical credentials *

I understand Saint Michael's certificates are ecclesiastical training credentials — they are NOT board certification (BCC) and include NO Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) credit.

Technology *

Technology: I have regular access to a computer or tablet, email, and internet, and can submit .docx or .pdf files.
